Firstly and foremost you assume the sole liability for any misuse or accidents incurred whilst, applying, handling, or using any form of a wax sold by Neissa Industries or any one of its distributors nationwide. Let it also be known that using and handling ski waxes exposes the body to potential toxins and hazardous chemicals. Return Policy:
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the wax you have purchased from us we offer a seven day return policy with no questions asked. After this unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we are able to accept returns however, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
If you do wish to return your product for whatever reasons you must meet the following criteria. Firstly, the product(s) must be in the unopened, original condition, as received. If the product is returned opened a refund will not be issued. Secondly, you must call or email in advance to alert us to the return. Returns delivered without a prior notification will not be accepted. Upon receiving the returned merchandise we will refund your order amount not including shipping and handling and subtracting a 10% restocking fee if returned after the 7 day no questions asked period.
